Specialized municipal enterprise ‘Harkivzelenbud’ (municipal enterprise responsible for the city’s green spaces) has signed UAH 1.65 million contract with ‘BK Spetzbudtehnologya’ ltd. on building a system of tree roots watering. Winner’s only competitor was ‘Dekorbudservis’ ltd., owned according to papers by Anton Neyelov. And according to the analytical system ‘YouControl’ earlier he was also a founder of the company-winner, i.e. ‘BK Spetzbudtehnika’ Telephone number 7513103, which is mentioned in the registry as a contact number of ‘BK Spetzbudtehnologiya’, is also used by the ‘Dekorbudservis’ ltd.

5. BLITZ CONTEST DEDICATED TO THE PROJECT OF THE MONUMENT ON SVOBODY SQUARE IS ILLEGAL
The panel of judges of the Kharkiv Administrative Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal of the Kharkiv City Council representatives and upheld the decision of Dzerzhinsky District Court that ruled the blitz contest dedicated to the project of the monument on Freedom Square to be illegal. This contest was won by the project of Kharkiv chief architect Sergei Chechelnitskiy brother Pavel Chechelnitskiy.
