1.IN KHARKIV TEN USED CZECH TROLLEYBUSES WERE PURCHASED AT TRIPLE PRICE
In Kharkiv Second trolleybus depot has signed two contracts with Czech company ‘MVO Invest’ totaling UAH 19.95 million on purchase of used Czech buses. Thus, one trolleybus will cost almost UAH 2 million. In Ivano-Frankivsk similar trolleybuses were purchased for UAH 637 thousands apiece, in Chernyvtsi – UAH 800-900 thousands, in Zaporizhzhya UAH 1.01 million, in Kherson for UAH 1.12 million per unit.
2. THE COMMERCIAL COURT LEFT IN POSSESSION OF PEOPLE BELONGING TO IHOR ARIKH ENTOURAGE 11 HECTARES OF LAND IN OLEKSIYIVSKIY MEADOW PARK WORTH UAH 90 MILLION. THIS LAND WAS GIVEN TO THEM FOR FREE USING THE SO CALLED ‘COOPERATIVE’ SCHEME
Kharkiv Oblast Commercial Court (judge Prysyazhnyuk О.О.)rejected the claim by prosecutor’s office to rule illegal the decision of Kharkiv City Council to give 11 hectare plot of land, situated on Bukova str,3, to the maintenance cooperative ‘ZhBK ‘Vidpochinok’. This land a part of Oleksiyivskiy Meadow Park. According to prosecutors estimate this land costs UAN 90 million. It is obvious that this land was given absolutely free of charge taking advantge of the so called ‘cooperative’ scheme. None of the five citizens who founded this cooperative is not officially registered as the one in need of improving one’s housing conditions. Two of the five people who founded this cooperative belong to the entourage of Ihor Arikh – one of the main beneficiaries of notorious ‘cooperative’ scheme.
3. LUBOTYN EDUCATION DEPARTMENT BUYS PAINT FROM A MAYOR’S RELATIVE
Education Department of Lubotyn City Council (Kharkiv Oblast) has signed UAN 107.13 thousand contract with an individual entrepreneur Lazurenko Svitlana Vasylivna on purchase of paint.
Her company has the same telephone number in the Unified State Registry as the ‘Lazurit’ company that belongs to Lubotyn Mayor – Leonid Lazurenko.
4. KHARKIV CENTRAL PARK (GORKY PARK) HAS OVERPAID 40% FOR SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT
Kharkiv Central Park (Gorky Park) has signed UAH 441.8 thousand contract with ‘Torgovyy Dom ‘Tekhnics’ ltd on purchase of snow removal equipment . It is planned to buy 7 snow removal machines Texas Combi 800TG for UAH 43.4 thousand each and five 80 cm show removal brushes for UAH 27.6 UAH each. ‘Samsad’ internet garden equipment shop sells the same equipment for UAH 23 thousand and UAH 19.93 thousand respectivily (VAT excluded).
5. THE ‘MOST RICH’ RATING OF KHARKIV OBLAST TAX ADMINISTRATION CHIEF OFFICERS
Six chief officers of the Kharkiv Tax Administration have USD 1.93 million, EUR 70 thousand and UAH 1.29 million on bank deposits and in cash. The first in this ‘most rich fiscal officer’ rating is Mykola Rybakov – the Head of Kharkiv Oblast Fiscal Service Main Directorate. His wife, Natiliya Rybakova and Rybakov himself have on their bank deposits and in cash USD 1,67 million, EUR 37.5 thousand and UAH 580 thousands. His First Deputy, Andriy Bazhanov, comes second in this impromptu rating , and declared along with his wife USD 190 thousand, EUR 32 thousand and UAH 345 thousand in cash.
